The new facility provides administrative, crew operations, maintenance and storage space, creating a definitive "place" within the larger existing Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) campus, while accommodating vehicle circulation through to other campus areas. The design intent seeks to create a Civic-Industrial character in buildings that will provide the waste water collections personnel with much needed additional functional space, and a well organized, professional work environment. The group of three buildings include a remodeled masonry building and two new pre-engineered buildings.
