Although each project has a Principal-in-Charge accountable for project success, we find our greatest success comes from our collaboration together as Principals. We strive to provide our clients with a diversity of expertise by drawing on the strengths of each Principal at appropriate intervals on a project. This collaborative approach is extended to all staff in the way of in-house design charrettes, discussions, and critiques.
