At TCF Architecture we create a variety of recreational and gathering activities throughout the year for our staff. Outings such as ski trips, bowling, office picnics and baseball games enable our staff to get to know each other and our extended families better. Birthdays are celebrated each month with a special lunch outing, and our Christmas party is always a memorable occasion where we take the time to recognize (and sometimes roast) the contributions of each staff member. We award a staff "Most Valuable Player" each year at the Christmas party, acknowledging the individual(s) who best represented the values of the firm and made significant contributions to furthering the firm's success that year.
