History: 

Founded in 1960 by Bill Reed along with Jim Harris and Ben Wilson, our firm has enjoyed a long history in the Puget Sound. While our ownership has transitioned through the years, our commitment to the Puget Sound and Pacific Northwest remains unchanged. Principals Randy Cook and Brian Fitzgerald, both Pacific Northwest natives, look forward to continuing our firm's rich traditions while building for the future.

Our office is located in the historic Stadium Business District of Tacoma.  The photos above reflect the building's original character in the 1920's as a mercantile and our current office.  We are within walking distance to Wright Park, Old Town, the Ruston Way Waterfront, Tacoma's Theater District, 6th Avenue, and Proctor Business Districts. Tacoma is a waterfront city surrounded by a variety of museums, including the world renowned Museum of Glass, public parks, Point Defiance Zoo, unique boutique shops, and a diverse range of restaurants.  Tacoma is located between the bustling cities of Seattle and Portland, but affords our staff a more peaceful, less populated place to live and enjoy a quality of life.  You are within driving distance to a variety of outdoor activities: Mt. Rainier, Olympic and North Cascades National Parks, Northwest Trek Park, Kayaking, Camping, Hiking, Skiing, Boating or spending a day at Washington's Pacific Coast.  The TCF Team enjoys a hard working, fun atmosphere which affords us the opportunity to take pleasure in the environment which surrounds us.
