Leadership Team Expansion
The leadership team of TCF is growing and positioned for the future. We are thrilled to announce the promotions of three individuals dedicated to increasing the quality of our collaborative environment and effective delivery of client services. Scott Olson has risen to senior associate; our two newest associates are Amy Gingerich and James “JR” Mill.
Serving as an inspiration resource for all TCF projects and elevating design dialogue across the office, Scott is TCF’s Design Director. His diverse experience from over 23 years in the architecture profession includes work in the education, civic, industrial and retail market sectors. Blending exceptional creativity with an eye to practicality, Scott’s influence inspires the firm’s pursuit of design excellence on every project. More about Scott
Amy has over seven years of architecture and design experience, with an approach that blends creativity, energy, and analytical focus. She delivers quality design in TCF’s industrial studio, and is currently managing the design of a new headquarters project for Chelan County PUD and is engaged in a long-term facilities study for Kitsap Transit. James “JR” Mill
JR has over 20 years of experience in architecture and construction, including several years leading his own design firm. Specializing in K-12 projects, he is currently managing the historic modernization of “Old Main” on the campus of Mount Vernon High School, as well as an interior renovation of the original gymnasium building for the school’s admin department.
