TCF first partnered with AWC in 2002, adapting an existing warehouse to support offices and operational facilities across a 125-acre campus. More than a decade later, the collaboration continued with phased improvements to expand corporate offices and restrooms, refresh interior finishes, and redesign the reception and entry experience. These updates demonstrate a growing company investing in spaces that better support its people and daily operations.
The project represents the strength of a long-term collaboration rooted in understanding how the business operates. Each improvement was shaped to support day to day performance while reinforcing AWC’s identity as a family-owned company operating on a national stage.
The result is a workplace that grows alongside its people, honoring its industrial roots while preparing confidently for the next generation.
