Spaces That Flow

Kopachuck's reimagined interior spaces bring clarity and connection—improving functionality, enhancing natural light, and introducing clear wayfinding through updated signage. Refreshed finishes and thoughtful layout changes create a brighter, more welcoming environment for students and staff alike.

Engaged Exteriors

The new administration wing, marked by an elevated cross-laminated timber canopy, brings a more welcoming character to the school's entry. Its exterior siding introduces texture to warm the smooth façade of the school's original construction. Site improvements include a landscaped entry plaza, new vestibule, upgraded utilities, refreshed landscaping, and reconfigured parking areas for staff and visitors.

Upgrades to Systems, Seen and Unseen

Subtle but significant upgrades throughout the building enhance daily function and comfort. A new polycarbonate window system brightens the gym with natural light. Updated electrical and mechanical systems improve efficiency and reliability across all areas, complemented by refreshed ceiling finishes and a fully modernized kitchen. The replacement of the low-slope roof and metal copings ensures lasting performance and protection for years to come.
