Its completion represented a major step in the development of the new civic center encompassing Puyallup's Pioneer Park.

Having recently completed the City of Puyallup’s Pioneer Park Pavilion, TCF Architecture worked collaboratively with the City of Puyallup, General Contractor and Developer on a new housing and senior center project. Adding the next critical piece in the development of the Civic Center, an effort was focused on supplementing the existing amenities in Puyallup’s downtown core. Sited adjacent to the public library, Pioneer Park Pavilion, and historic Pioneer Park – and within blocks of a regional transit stop – the  four story, mixed-use development includes a senior center and commercial leasable space on the ground floor, and 37 units of housing geared toward the senior demographic on floors above.

The design solution creates a strong, urban edge to the surrounding streets and opens up to the park lying to the southeast. Brick clad towers signal entry points and serve as identification features for the various uses within.
