With over a decade as a graphic designer and marketing maven, Austin blends strategic storytelling with pixel-perfect visuals to captivate audiences and drive brand success. Beyond the studio, you’ll find him wielding a hammer in his woodshop or charting adventures in the great outdoors, where creativity knows no bounds.

Brian’s work is grounded in a deep understanding of how people experience place. As a Principal focused on K–12 design, he partners closely with owners, educators, and stakeholders to shape environments that are both purposeful and adaptable. His experience across Progressive Design-Build, GC/CM, and public bid delivery allows him to guide projects with clarity, balancing budget, schedule, and site-specific challenges to reach thoughtful, well-resolved outcomes.
Known for his approachable communication style and solutions-focused mindset, Brian builds trust across teams and keeps projects moving forward with confidence. That perspective extends beyond the studio. Whether navigating open water, reading shifting conditions on a ski slope, or cultivating growth in the garden, he brings the same attentiveness and discipline to his work. These experiences sharpen his ability to anticipate change, stay focused under pressure, and respond with clarity, resulting in learning environments that are resilient, sustainable, intuitive, and connected to the natural world.

As an Architect, Ryan has provided design and construction administrative services for medium to large-scale public projects, where he consistently works among complex and challenging parameters, drawing on a passion for relationship-building through teamwork. His work balances rigorous design with a sense of play, shaped by his upbringing in Flagstaff, Arizona, where wide skies and rugged landscapes instilled an early appreciation for place and possibility. That perspective continues to guide his approach to inventive, human-centered buildings, grounded in a strong commitment to craft recognized by the Dean’s Award for Design Excellence during his time at the University of Arizona. His curiosity extends beyond design, from learning Portuguese while on a church mission to exploring different cultures, Ryan seeks experiences that deepen his empathy and strengthen the way he connects ideas to people.
That same energy carries into his life outside the studio, where creativity and connection are constant threads. He met his wife while break dancing at a cultural event, has at times sported a dashing handlebar mustache, and brings a natural ease to public speaking. Whether sharing ideas with clients and communities or embracing life’s exciting adventures, from youthful escapades to building a family through adoption, Ryan approaches each moment with openness and enthusiasm. The result is a designer who brings imagination, empathy, and a genuine sense of engagement to both his work and the relationships that shape it.

He has refined his craft while shaping collaborative design processes that bring moments of delight to projects through thoughtful details and durable, buildable materials, often used in unexpected ways. His work reflects a balance of creativity and pragmatism, producing environments that are both expressive and enduring. Each pursuit sharpens his eye and informs his design thinking, reinforcing a belief that beauty and performance are strongest when they are carefully considered and skillfully made.
Equally committed to mentorship, Scott supports emerging professionals while helping strengthen the firm’s design culture. His approach, centered on collaboration and expressed through a design process he developed, encourages teams to explore ideas, refine solutions, and elevate project outcomes.
