With more than 25 years of experience, Kyle has built a career on making ideas buildable. He brings a depth of knowledge across a wide range of project types and excels at translating big-picture visions into practical, enduring solutions. Kyle enjoys working closely with clients and assembling the many “puzzle pieces” of a project, from small floor plans to complex, multi-building campus master plans. At TCF, he is especially known for the management and delivery of high-quality Maintenance and Operations projects, where his research-driven approach and attention to detail consistently support long-term value.
A Washington resident for over two decades, Kyle has raised his 3 daughters in the Pacific Northwest and is deeply rooted in the region. Outside of work, he enjoys travel, mindfulness, hiking, and training for triathlons.

Leila’s exceptional organizational skills and professional expertise ensure that TCF’s business operations run smoothly. Her adventurous nature, mirrored in her love of exploring weekend markets and discovering small towns, infuses the team with both efficiency and energy.

Lorenzo believes there is power in the built environment to make a unique connection to every individual, where simple informed moves can be the most impactful. As a first-generation graduate, Lorenzo achieved a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Washington State University, receiving the Architecture Book Award given to students recognized for meritorious scholastic performance within the program. He delights in unraveling the historical narratives of buildings and integrating elements of this research into project designs.

From an early age, Magnus was immersed in design, a path that nurtured his drive to question convention and create with purpose. That foundation shaped his belief in pushing design beyond the status quo, always asking how to do more with less while keeping the big idea intact. His background in both construction and architecture gives him a practical understanding of how ideas move from concept to reality, a perspective he applies daily at TCF. Away from the office, he explores photography, graphic design, videography, and woodworking, often blending outdoor adventures with his artistic pursuits. His hands-on approach, including the building of a dining table from salvaged Palouse grain elevators, speaks to his commitment to craft in all forms.

Much like a simple chord progression or pattern in music, the design process often begins with a thumbnail sketch. As a drummer, the practice of refining early ideas within fun, collaborative settings inspires the practice of Architecture for Marc. Nearing 30 years as a Project Architect and Project Manager, this Texas transplant has collaborated on numerous public, institutional and residential buildings.

Mark focuses on creating facilities where circulation, security, and operational clarity work together to support efficient daily operations. Specializing in public industrial facilities, he brings more than a decade of experience planning and designing maintenance, operations, and administrative campuses for cities, counties, utility districts, and transit agencies.
He leads teams in translating big ideas into practical, enduring solutions, guiding projects through careful coordination and attention to detail. Through thoughtful planning and oversight, Mark helps deliver environments that are intuitive to navigate, practical to maintain, and built to perform reliably for the long term.

Technical design aficionado and mentor, Mark’s thirty years of experience stems from a culmination of Transit, Water Quality, Port, Urban Design and Public Utility District projects. Following college and an “entrepreneurial run” in Phoenix, he returned to the Seattle area in 1991, where he burnished his reputation as a passionate micro-brewer, kayaker, and music festival guy.

Though starting her career in the field of law, Nicole has found her greatest passion in the world of architecture. As an intern, she was able to experience the entire project lifecycle, from pre-design to construction administration. Although interested in learning all that the field of architecture has to offer, she finds the greatest fulfillment in the business side of things, marrying her existing knowledge with new studies. Outside of the office, she cares for her two Holland Lop bunnies, Frank and Audrey, and loves to paint, travel, and try new foods.

Pam brings a tenacious, detail-oriented approach to her work, ensuring every task is seen through to completion. Her commitment to follow-through and quality makes her a trusted resource and steady presence within TCF’s Construction Administration team.
Outside of work, Pam enjoys exploring her creativity through photography, a pursuit that sharpens her eye for detail and composition skills that naturally carry over into her professional practice.

As an Architect, Ryan has provided design and construction administrative services for medium to large-scale public projects, where he consistently works among complex and challenging parameters, drawing on a passion for relationship-building through teamwork. His work balances rigorous design with a sense of play, shaped by his upbringing in Flagstaff, Arizona, where wide skies and rugged landscapes instilled an early appreciation for place and possibility. That perspective continues to guide his approach to inventive, human-centered buildings, grounded in a strong commitment to craft recognized by the Dean’s Award for Design Excellence during his time at the University of Arizona. His curiosity extends beyond design, from learning Portuguese while on a church mission to exploring different cultures, Ryan seeks experiences that deepen his empathy and strengthen the way he connects ideas to people.
That same energy carries into his life outside the studio, where creativity and connection are constant threads. He met his wife while break dancing at a cultural event, has at times sported a dashing handlebar mustache, and brings a natural ease to public speaking. Whether sharing ideas with clients and communities or embracing life’s exciting adventures, from youthful escapades to building a family through adoption, Ryan approaches each moment with openness and enthusiasm. The result is a designer who brings imagination, empathy, and a genuine sense of engagement to both his work and the relationships that shape it.
